Your Role at Husqvarna UK
This role replaces an established sales representative position to expand the Gardena brand within Garden Centres and increase market share.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
* Grow Gardena brand products within the assigned territory.
* Achieve company marketing strategies and sales turnover & margin targets.
* Manage and grow garden centre accounts, onboarding new customers.
* Ensure product breadth and depth across the garden centre network.
* Lead trade‑marketing activities, including in‑store training and merchandising.
* Gather market and competitor intelligence.
* Represent the company at trade events and shows.
What We’re Looking For
* Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, with a strong desire for results.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Previous sales experience in the garden or related industry.
* Team player with independent work ability and self‑starter attitude.
* Commercially astute, with understanding of pricing, costs and profitability.
* Initiative, development drive, good time‑management and computer literacy (Microsoft packages).
* Full UK driving licence.
