Oji Foodservice Packaging Solutions, is asmall division of the expanding Oji Fibre Solutions Group - one ofAustralasia's largest fibre-based packaging suppliers. Our new Larapintafacility is responsible for the distribution of paper cups and other food packagingproducts for a wide variety of uses including cold drinks, hot beverages, hotchips, ice cream, popcorn and many other products that benefit fromwell-designed and crafted packaging.
We are currently seeking the permanent part timeservices of an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our small,but dynamic team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will vary depending on thedaily business requirements, however core responsibilities will include being responsiblefor providing outstanding customer service to our clients through efficient andaccurate data entry/processing of orders received by phone and email into SAPsystem, liaise/provide support to other departments within the business, minor sales and procurement and assist with general receptionresponsibilities.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able todemonstrate:
* Solidunderstanding of SAP and MS Office suite
* Demonstrateprior experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills – verbal andwritten
* Strong attention to detail
* An ability to work efficiently without directsupervision to complete your duties
* Passion and strive in identifying opportunitiesfor improvement
* Team player who is flexible to help to bestsupport a small team
