Community Technician General Trades - Shop Bench Joiner & Machinist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a time-served Bench Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in producing high-end bespoke joinery, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacture bespoke joinery items, including combination Door and frames, Batten Doors and Bespoke requests
2. Work from technical drawings and cutting lists to produce high-quality pieces.
3. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
4. Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
5. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, ideally within high-end or bespoke joinery.
7. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
8. Skilled in using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
9. High attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
10. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Our services operate between the hours of 7:30 and up to 18:00 Monday – Friday and you will be required to work between those times.
