 
        
        We are looking for an experienced HVAC or air conditioning project manager at Sheffield location. 
Role and Responsibilities
 x25CF; Compile tender/bid activity and carry out project estimating
 x25CF; Review technical design aspects of system proposals
 x25CF; Value engineer projects
 x25CF; Manage project costs and project P and L
 x25CF; Attend pre:start and project meetings
 x25CF; Produce and manage project H and S plans, RAMS etc
 x25CF; Produce and agree project programs
 x25CF; Coordinate services with other trades
 x25CF; Source and procure plant items i.e. air handling units, air conditioning, cold:rooms.
 x25CF; Source and procure sub:contractors: ductwork, controls, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, pipework and insulation
 x25CF; Check and sign off invoices
 x25CF; Snag and quality control installations
 x25CF; Manage all commissioning activities
 x25CF; Produce O and M manuals
 x25CF; Prepare and submit monthly applications and variations
The Ideal Candidate
 x25CF; A highly experienced Refrigeration and Air conditioning engineer, with
a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Refrigeration and Air conditioning, you will be F:Gas/EN 378 compliant
 x25CF; Off the tools in a supervisor / PM role for 2 years
 x25CF; A high level of interpersonal skills :good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write reports.
 x25CF; You will be confident in your own ability
 x25CF; Strong problem:solving skills, you will have a can do attitude
 x25CF; Full Driving licence
