Leading Property Business - Facilities Manager - £52,000-£56,000 - Asap start - Hybrid - London
My client is the one the UK’s leading specialist's in commercial property and asset management, with over £65bn+ of property under management
The role is to cover 6 sites and will have some line management responsibilities.
They will be visiting various portfolio properties in London
Some Key Duties
* To ensure that the day to day running of buildings within the portfolio is addressed
* Monitoring contractor/supplier performance and report findings to all the Senior Management team.
* To report any issues that may affect the client/tenant/the service across all portfolio
* Property inspections are carried out and recorded
* Ensure that all times the utility meter readings are collected and managed using relevant systems
