Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join the WPP Media Clients Team. As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, you will manage their advertising needs end to end across all channels (may include digital/non‑digital or biddable/non‑biddable). Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and translating these into effective advertising strategies. You will oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning to setup, execution, and ongoing optimization. Your role is crucial in ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. Through meticulous planning and continuous performance analysis, you will drive successful outcomes and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship & Servicing

* Client Champion: Proactively communicate with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, industry trends, and new opportunities. Manage client expectations effectively and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
* Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and proactive communication. Become a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals.
* Data‑Driven Approach: Leverage a data‑driven approach to optimize campaign performance and drive client success.
* This involves utilizing advanced analytics and data insights to inform strategy, planning, and execution.
* Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and make data‑backed decisions to enhance the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
* Strategic Insight: Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, target audiences, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
* Goal‑Oriented Planning: Collaborate with clients to define clear and measurable campaign objectives, aligning advertising strategies with overall business goals.
* Cross‑Channel Expertise: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies and media plans across all relevant channels.
* Management: Determine appropriate budgets and allocate resources effectively across different channels to optimize campaign performance.


Implementation & Operations

* Seamless Execution: Implementation of advertising campaigns across all channels, ensuring timely launch and accurate setup.
* Budget Control: Manage campaign budgets and track spending meticulously to ensure optimal ROI and client transparency.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client expectations.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor and Optimize campaign performance closely, using analytics tools to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.


Optimization & Reporting

* Data‑Driven Optimization: Regularly analyze data to uncover insights, adjust strategies, and implement changes that enhance campaign performance.
* A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective campaign elements and optimize for conversions, engagement, and other key performance indicators.
* Insightful Reporting: Generate regular reports that clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients in a digestible and actionable format.
* Strategic Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing strategic recommendations to clients for future campaigns.


Skills and Experience

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with all major advertising channels (may include biddable/digital channels like search, social, and programmatic as well as non‑biddable/non‑digital channels like TV, Print, Radio, OOH/DOOH, Cinema, Digital IOs etc).
* Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Evogenious (TV), Clear Decisions, Excel, PowerBI) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and inform optimization strategies.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to campaign planning, management and optimization.
