Operations Manager - About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and experienced operations professional to oversee the day-to-day running of several locations. This senior role blends people management, compliance oversight, and process improvement, with a focus on delivering consistent results across multiple sites.
Operations Manager - What You'll Be Doing:
1. Oversee operations remotely, with site visits as needed
2. Manage staffing levels, team performance, and rota planning
3. Ensure legal and regulatory standards are met
4. Review risk practices and update procedures where needed
5. Support team development and lead on training initiatives
6. Handle employee matters including reviews, investigations, and feedback
7. Maintain strong client relationships and service delivery
8. Keep documentation and reporting up to standard
9. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operations
Operations Manager - What You’ll Bring:
10. Solid background in multi-site operations
11. Industry licence or certification (frontline or non-frontline)
12. UK driving licence
13. Strong working knowledge of compliance and H&S protocols
14. Experience with team leadership and HR processes
15. Confident communicator and effective problem-solver
