Account Manager - Macclesfield
Location: Macclesfield, SK10 2NA
* Full time
* Monday to Friday – site based – 08:30-17:00 (frequent travel to our Liverpool site)

Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of profitable growth across existing and new client contracts
* Develop and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships at senior level
* Act as the strategic interface between client stakeholders and operational teams
* Own and deliver account development plans, including SLA management and risk mitigation
* Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and service transformation across all areas
* Oversee commercial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the account
* Lead, develop, and motivate large, multi-disciplinary teams across catering and soft services
* Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards across catering, cleaning, and logistics
* Embed strong governance, compliance, and health & safety standards across the contract
* Lead change management, mobilisation, and continuous service improvement initiatives
* Support succession planning, training, and capability development across the team
Qualifications
* Strong background in catering, hospitality, soft services, or facilities management
* Proven experience managing large, diverse, multi-service teams
* Strong people leader with the ability to build cohesion and high‑performing teams
* Commercially strong with experience managing P&L and contract performance
* Confident managing senior client relationships and stakeholder engagement
* Experience in change management, service transformation, or mobilisation
* Strong understanding of operational governance, compliance, and service delivery
