Graduate Building Sureyor - Manchester Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join our team in Manchester. Responsibilities Working across multiple projects in different sectors and providing various building surveying duties. Maintaining client relationships and ensuring service delivery on a project-by-project basis. Assisting with project management, contract administration, condition and measured surveys, design and implementation of small to medium-sized projects, due diligence surveys, defect analysis, and building surveys. Qualifications BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar. Working towards full membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS, MCIOB or similar). Good all-round surveying experience in a client-facing role. Experience in project design and delivery, including refurbishment and extension projects. AutoCAD user with the ability to communicate well at all levels and prepared to travel as required. Day-to-day You will work collaboratively within a vibrant team, managing client relationships, and dealing with legal and technical issues.
