Sales Estimator – Cookstown – Permanent
A well-established and growing manufacturing company are currently seeking a Sales Estimator to join their team in Cookstown. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service, and commercial awareness to develop their career within a busy office environment.
This is a customer-facing administrative role with direct contact with both customers and internal teams. A friendly manner, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success.
About the role:
1. £Competitive salary (DOE)
2. Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm
3. Full-time, permanent position

What you’ll be doing:
6. Managing customer enquiries and recording them accurately
7. Preparing and issuing pricing and quotations using internal systems
8. Supporting the sales team with estimating and pricing information
9. Maintaining and updating pricing schedules
10. Liaising with internal departments and suppliers to ensure accurate costing
11. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
12. Preparing and managing documentation including pricing and dispatch information
13. Supporting the implementation of Lean practices within the office
14. Ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, FSC and Q Mark
15. Carrying out general administrative duties as required
16. Reporting any issues with plant, equipment, or processes
What you’ll need for this role:
17. Proven administrative experience
18. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
19. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
21. Good numeracy and literacy skills
22. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
23. A positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach
24. Commercial awareness and ability to support business growth
