1. Pay: £40k Basic + £20k OTE
2. Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday
Are you an experienced automotive professional looking to progress your career in aftersales management? We are recruiting for an exceptional Aftersales Manager to join our client’s busy dealership in Haywards Heath.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to lead and develop the aftersales department, ensuring outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.

5. Working hours Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm

Duties as an Aftersales Manager will include:
8. Managing the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department
9. Leading and motivating the aftersales team to meet and exceed targets
10. Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained
11. Overseeing workshop capacity and efficiency with a team handling up to eight ramps
12. Implementing effective service processes to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
13. Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure parts availability and quality
Requirements that the Aftersales Manager will need:
14. Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within the motor trade
15. Strong leadership and team management skills
16. Excellent organisational and communication abilities
17. Knowledge of Kerridge or similar dealership management systems
18. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
19. Full, valid UK driving licence
