We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.
Duties
Engage with prospective candidates through effective communication skills, including email, phone calls, and social media outreach.
Maintain strong relationship management with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Assist in screening applications and coordinating interviews, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
Skills
Proven experience or familiarity with lead generation techniques within a recruitment context.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences.
Understanding of human resources principles and best practices in recruitment processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Organised approach with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
Candidate Resourcing
Make calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads
Interview jobseekers to continuously enhance the database of jobseekers
Identify matches between jobs and potential candidates
Screen and shortlist candidates for their recruiting clients or their own organisation
Prepare candidates for interviews
Headhunt by approaching candidates for executive roles and specialist positions
*Experience in resourcing is essential
Pay rate :
£24k - £26k per annum
