HRIS Analyst - Responsibilities + Requirements
1. Previous experience working with HR systems, HRIS administration, data management or HR analytics is required
2. Previous experience of working with a business system to produce reports and statistical data
3. Proven ability to work on own initiative with a solutions-focused, positive, and enthusiastic mindset
4. Proven ability of learning new systems quickly
5. Competent user of Microsoft - Office, Word, Excel (advanced VLOOKUP’s, pivots, formula), PowerPoint & Teams
