About the role As Service Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer’s national average Monitoring and controlling costs in line with business plans while maintaining quality standards Ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer standards at all times Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment Monitoring, motivating, and developing colleague performance About you You will have a proven track record as a Service Manager (or in a very similar role) with the ability to deliver strong results across performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
