Digital Marketing Manager (HubSpot Specialist) - Automation

A scaling PropTech business has recently implemented HubSpot and is now looking for a Marketing Manager with strong HubSpot expertise to take ownership of the platform and build a best-in-class automation engine.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role responsible for driving qualified demand, improving lead-to-occupancy conversion, and optimising the full customer journey through smart use of CRM and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimise HubSpot (workflows, automation, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting)
Build and refine automated nurture journeys to improve MQL → booking conversion
Lead multi-channel digital performance activity (SEO/SEM, paid social, display, email/SMS)
Improve CPL, CAC and overall funnel performance
Deliver clear performance reporting to senior leadership
Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to maximise occupancy and NOI
Ideal Background
Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience (essential)
Proven track record in marketing automation and lead management
Performance marketing experience across digital channels
Commercially minded and data-driven
