TPI Key Account Manager - Salary (DOE)

The Role-
As a TPI Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships within the TPI channel, driving profitable sales, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class service. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing commercial strategies that strengthen market presence and align with long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities-
* Manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of key TPI partnerships, driving high-value energy contract acquisition and retention.
* Lead commercial negotiations to deliver structured, risk-managed supply agreements across flexible and fixed procurement products.
* Identify opportunities for mutual growth through cross-selling, innovative pricing solutions, and tailored energy management offerings.
* Collaborate with internal pricing, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless contract delivery and exceptional customer experience.
* Provide market insights and intelligence to help shape strategic decisions and optimise channel performance.
* Represent the business at industry events, fostering strong relationships and enhancing brand credibility within the TPI community.
About You-
* Proven experience in the UK I&C energy market, ideally within TPI account management or business development.
* Strong understanding of energy procurement, pricing structures, and contract negotiation.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
* Commercially driven, analytical, and capable of identifying opportunities for growth.
* Passionate about delivering customer-focused energy solutions and supporting clients on their sustainability journeys.
