About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized CAD Administrator to join our team. You will assist the CAD team with customer communication, job administration, and support job management. As the main point of contact for our customers, you will deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with both the CAD and workshop teams to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality renders.

Role Responsibilities
1. Prioritize tasks and use organizational skills to deliver renders on time to customers, managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
2. Collaborate with CAD and workshop teams to assist customers with inquiries and amendments.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing professional service via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster account growth and loyalty.
5. Ensure accurate dispatch of customer resins and verify job details, including address changes.
6. Handle customer-supplied goods carefully, logging them in detail, and addressing any issues related to damage or production concerns.
7. Support the wider team as necessary to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications and Education
1. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications (especially Outlook and Excel).
2. Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues across various platforms (in-person, email, phone).
3. Knowledge of jewellery production, CAD, and the design and casting process.
Other Details
* Location: Birmingham (3-8 Vyse Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6LT)
* Salary: Negotiable / dependent on experience
* Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
