About the role
This is a founding product engineering role at the intersection of research, backend systems, and user experience.
You will:
* Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
* Turn research capabilities into usable, reliable, and scalable products
* Work deeply with databases, APIs, and AI systems
* Design systems where correctness, trust, and transparency matter
* Own features from concept to production to iteration
* Think deeply about edge cases, failure modes, and product boundaries
* Help define what “AI-native products” should look like from first principles
Required experience
* Strong experience shipping full-stack or product-focused systems in production
* Comfortable across frontend, backend, and data layers
* Experience working with APIs, databases, and complex data flows
* Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into real, shipped software
* Strong engineering judgment and product intuition
* High ownership mindset. You build it, you run it, you improve it
