* £50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience

The Role:
\n
* Head up & oversee the existing team
* Run a ready-to-go residential conveyancing caseload – of good quality matters
* Supervise matters within the team and provide technical guidance as required
* If you want you could handle a mixed residential & commercial property caseload
* Provide leadership, supervision and capacity within the team
* Contribute to strategy/direction of the department/firm
* Work collaboratively with an existing Solicitor who supports compliance/process development

About You:
\n
* This role could suit a Qualified or Non-Qualified Fee Earner
* Your experience is far more important than qualification
* Support may be available for those completing qualification routes (e.g.: CILEX/SQE).
* You should have at least 3 years’ experience within conveyancing
