We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our clients Quality Assurance team as a Supplier Quality Engineer based in Oxfordshire.
As Supplier Quality Engineer Key Responsibilities include:
* Ensure Supplier compliance with specifications and agreements.* Drive Supplier Quality management in line with ISO standards.* Resolve issues through analysis and corrective actions.* Implement improvement plans for Supplier Quality.* Collaborate with Procurement on Supplier selection and development.* Participate in routine Supplier qualification and CAPA activities.* Review Supplier risks and develop improvement strategies.* Contribute to cross-functional quality initiatives.
Requirements:
* Degree in Science or Engineering.* Experience in regulated Quality Management.* Proficiency in quality tools and techniques.* Willingness to travel locally and overseas.* Qualified lead auditor.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Knowledge of ISO standards preferred.* Experience with ERP systems and databases.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
