St Johns College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint two part time (30 hours) Cleaners (known as Bedmakers within the college) to clean bedrooms, offices and public areas to the required standard as part of an efficient and effective housekeeping service for members of the College, their guests and visitors.
What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?
* cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
* vacuuming, polishing, and mopping floors
* emptying bins (recycling and landfill)
* dusting and removing cobwebs
* weekly bedlinen changes
* replenishing towels and tea towels
* completing monthly tasks as instructed by the your Supervisor
* supporting deep cleaning at the end of term, annual cleans of furnished let properties, and periodic builders cleans
