Job Description
I am seeking an experienced Head Of Engineering with a wealth of experience in managing large technical teams within a DevOps Environment, driving forward and continually improving engineering standards and working closely with C-Level stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the leadership and delivery of a vast, complex IT Architecture project.
Key Responsibilities
* Engineering methods, standards and ways of working.
* Cross-team uplift in DevOps, cloud engineering, build quality and automation.
* Coaching for the engineering leaders in architecture, systems & development and data.
* Independent technical assurance on major deliveries.
* Technical governance.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience as an Integrations SME with expertise in Tibco and Azure.
* Strong understanding of integration architecture and design principles.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications in Tibco and Azure are a plus.
