Job Title: Operations Support Administrator / Construction Scheduler

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role
We are seeking an Operations Support Administrator to join our busy offices in Shepshed, Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in construction administration, scheduling, and document control to play a key role in supporting our operations team. The position offers long-term career stability with the chance to move from temp to permanent.
Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate work across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Use the company’s online quality management system to manage drawings and reports.
*
Prepare and update RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
*
Provide administrative support to the operations team and project managers.
*
Liaise with internal teams to prioritise workloads and allocate resources efficiently.
*
Ensure consistent, high-quality documentation and reporting.
Requirements
*
Previous experience in construction administration or a similar office-based role.
*
Familiarity with RAMS, health & safety, and site documentation is highly desirable.
*
Strong IT and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
*
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
*
Ability to work full-time in the office, Monday to Friday (8:15am – 4:30pm).

Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
