Our client is looking for an ERP Change Manager to support the successful deployment and adoption of the IFS ERP platform across the organisation.
You will lead business readiness, training, communications, and adoption activities, ensuring colleagues are prepared for new processes, systems, and ways of working introduced through the IFS programme.
This role is focused on delivering organisational readiness, supporting go-live activities, and driving sustained adoption following implementation.
Responsibilit
* Lead IFS solution playback sessions across functional workstreams, capturing impacts on people, processes, policies, and operating procedures.
* Identify gaps within IFS solution design or business processes and define tactical workarounds required to support successful go-live and business continuies.
* Assess and analyse business impacts arising from the IFS implementation, tracking mitigation actions and reporting progress to programme leadership.
* Facilitate business readiness and cutover workshops alongside the Cutover Manager, ensuring operational impacts and BAU considerations are understood and managed.
* Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to UAT participants, ensuring testers understand the IFS solution and associated business processes ahead of testing.
* Complete and maintain Training Needs Analysis activities following IFS solution design and playback sessions.
* Develop and execute training plans aligned to the requirements of individual functions and user groups impacted by IFS.
* Coordinate the creation and delivery of IFS training materials, user guides, process documentation, and supporting learning content.
