They are looking for a motivated and passionate Classroom Assistant to join their team and contribute to enhancing the learning experience for their students. Your ability to communicate effectively and break down complex ideas will be key to ensuring students understand and engage with their lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver creative, engaging lessons.
2. Support students with individual and group learning, helping them overcome challenges.
3. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
4. Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students, offering support.
5. Assist with classroom organisation, student management, and any additional administrative duties.

1. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in a clear, accessible way.
2. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
3. Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting a dynamic classroom.
