Welcome customers and guide them through storage options to help them find the best solution for their needs
Build strong relationships by responding to queries in person, via email, and over the phone, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied with the service
Support a variety of tasks including basic marketing, administration, and light facilities or maintenance work, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment
Experience in a consultative sales environment is essential
Telesales background is a strong advantage, or must be comfortable making regular outbound and inbound calls
Able to seamlessly transition between phone-based and face-to-face customer interactions, adapting communication style accordingly
Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the store location
