We’re looking for an experienced PR Account Manager – someone who can take full ownership of their client accounts, build strong media relationships, and confidently lead campaigns from planning through to delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
* Taking full ownership of your client accounts – leading day-to-day delivery, managing expectations, and driving success
* Leading PR and social campaigns from strategy to execution, working closely with our team to deliver great results
* Owning the tone of voice for your clients and ensuring messaging is consistent and engaging across all written content
* Building strong media and influencer relationships to secure high-quality coverage
* Evaluating performance and adapting strategies to hit client goals
* Writing clear, compelling copy across multiple formats – including press releases, feature articles, thought leadership, blogs, website copy, and social content
* Maintaining high standards – every piece of work should be client-ready and aligned to the brief
* Providing excellent service that builds trust and long-term client relationships
* Supporting new business pitches and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts

* You have previous experience managing digital PR accounts within an agency environment
* You have strong copywriting skills and can adapt tone and messaging across different formats – from press releases and articles to blogs, social posts, emails, and websites
* You understand how to measure the success of campaigns and use insights to improve performance
* You can spot the right opportunities and develop smart strategies aligned with client goals
* You’re confident working independently and taking ownership of your client accounts
* You stay up to date with media and industry trends – and know how to make them work for clients
* You take a proactive approach to problem-solving, always looking for ways to add value
* You communicate with clarity and confidence – both in writing and in person
