ABOUT THE ROLE
Reports to Restaurant Manager at W Edinburgh be expected to repair and serve hot and cold beverages during breakfast service.
Joining the pre-opening team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s opening and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!
As Breakfast Barista key aspects of your role will include:
1. Prepare beverages during service both hot and cold
2. Assist with stocking all operation equipment to ensure a smooth service
3. Understand the importance of timely service and maintain high levels of standards
4. Communicate any important guest information to the team and management
5. Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
