About the role
We are actively seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful organization, where you will receive full on-the-job training and the chance to earn industry-recognized qualifications.
About you
* You enjoy engaging in conversations, listening, and building relationships, as understanding client needs is essential.
* You possess excellent problem-solving skills—each client is unique, requiring tailored solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
* You have at least one year of commercial experience and know how to use Acturis.
* You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset. Successful team members often share a passion for their role, enabling them to build rapport quickly and provide the best solutions to clients.
* You are ambitious. We promote from within, and everyone in leadership started as an Insurance Advisor. We provide all necessary tools, and we seek individuals with the desire to succeed.
