Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Act as the day-to-day point of contact for crew employment and payroll matters across an allocated yacht portfolio.
* Administer crew contracts and payroll from onboarding through to termination.
* Prepare and issue employment agreements within agreed service timelines.
* Maintain accurate crew records across systems and document management platforms.
* Liaise regularly with yacht owners, captains, and crew, handling queries professionally.
* Coordinate and monitor crew certification in line with MLC and flag state requirements.
* Track certification expiry dates and escalate compliance concerns where required.
* Arrange crew-related travel and record leave where applicable.
* Support crew recruitment activity when needed.
* Provide cover across the wider crew team and support yacht services projects as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level standard or above and have customer-facing or administrative experience. You will be highly organised, comfortable working to deadlines, and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. This role suits someone keen to build a career in yacht services, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
