💷 Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + £5,000 car allowance + bonus + remote working

Your Role
• Assist with site inspections, reporting on workmanship and materials ✅
• Support Senior Clerks of Works to maintain quality standards
• Liaise with clients, residents, and contractors to resolve issues
• Keep accurate site records, including photos and notes 📸
• Promote health & safety compliance on site
