What You'll Bring:
Branding Agency DNA: You've spent years in a creative agency environment. You don't need to be a designer, but you must have worked in a creative world, "speaking creative" fluently and understanding the intricacies of brand strategy.
Commercial Gravitas: You have experience managing projects ranging from £10k design tasks to £150k full-scale digital and web overhauls.
Sector Versatility: You can pivot easily between diverse sectors including Finance, Insurance, Dental/Healthcare, Travel, and Cybercrime.
Operational Excellence: You are a pro at using tools like Basecamp to keep high-value projects on track and the creative team moving forward smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Partner: Work closely with the Founder and an incredibly experienced Creative Director to oversee full-scale rebrands and tactical roll-outs.
Client Architect: Manage prestigious accounts and trade bodies, presenting "the big idea" to Board-level stakeholders with professional ease.
Growth Engine: While there is zero cold-calling involved, you will be the face of the agency at networking events and lead the development of high-level proposals and tenders.
Team Navigator: Support a solid and reliable design team, providing the account leadership they need to translate creative vision into commercial success.
The Occasional Traveller: You'll join the Founder for monthly London sessions and the occasional European trip to visit international clients.
