Position: Customer Service Coordinator x2
Location: East of England Showground,Peterborough (PE2 6XE)
Work Patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (08:30-17:00)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time)

What does the role entail?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

o Ensure that booking requests are responded to quickly, efficiently and to correct standards, ensuring required service levels are achieved
o Liaising between Customer and DHL Operations to secure availability of vehicles being promoted to fleet customers by the client and their booking agent
o Provide inventory reporting for weekly reviews, identifying trends and make recommendations for orders/de-fleets
o Support 3rd party booking agency with bookings, reserving vehicles for customers, accessory ordering/fitment. Take ownership of requests, amendments and cancellations, liaising with the client/booking agency/DHL Operations where required
o Manage vehicle return process, ensure vehicles are inspected and estimated within agreed KPIs
o To provide excellent customer care, a high level of accuracy, ensuring all administration duties are fulfilled to the required standard and timescales
o Maintain the Internal database, ensuring that the computer systems are up to date, accurate and that all new changes are actioned
o Manage the relevant contracts including any email and telephone requests in a timely manner within client and internal KPIs and take ownership for requests and queries

What do we need from you?

o Previous and proven track record in a customer service environment is essential
o Strong communicator at various levels - ability to assess individual customer needs
o Strong Administration skills and able to prioritise tasks
o Data analytics experience with excellent attention to detail
o Automotive Industry experience preferred
o Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
