About the Role:We are seeking empathetic and proactive customer service advisors to join our team and support vulnerable and at-risk customers. You will contact customers via calls, webchat, and email, offering assistance and providing a high level of care, promoting Responsible Play.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse customer data to identify "at-risk" indicators.
* Reach out to customers who need support, providing empathy and reviewing their accounts with them.
* Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and compassion.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive customer experience.

* A calm, solution-focused approach when addressing customer concerns.
* A willingness to learn company policies and procedures.
* Previous customer service experience is required.
