Supporting team and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
Set clear operational standards and ensure consistent execution
Drive improvements in productivity, cost control, quality assurance and programme delivery.
Own and deliver operational KPIs
Work closely with Directors to align operational and financial objectives
Oversee labour planning, plant allocation and materials coordination
Manage supplier performance and subcontractor standards
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, permits and company policies
