Were recruiting on behalf of a well established organisation within the housing and property services sector, part of a wider group, who are looking to add aSupply Chain Administratorto their Liverpool team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment and wants to play a key role in keeping supply chain and purchasing processes running smoothly. Youll work closely with internal teams and suppliers, supporting orders, invoices, and day to day administration.
What youll be doing:
1. Supporting the supply chain team with purchase orders and supplier coordination
2. Processing and reconciling invoices and credit notes
3. Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
4. Working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely payments
5. Managing a shared inbox and responding to email and phone enquiries
6. Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits and reporting
