About the Role Littlebourne House, a family‑run residential care home specialising in elderly and dementia care, is seeking compassionate Health Care Assistants to join its team. You will provide respectful, dignified care while promoting independence for residents in a friendly, supportive environment.
You will work as part of a team delivering personal care and support to residents, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort. The role offers opportunities for career progression, training, and visa sponsorship for suitable candidates already residing in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to residents with dignity and respect
* Promote independence wherever possible
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high‑quality care
* Follow individual care plans and home policies
* Support residents in both permanent and respite care settings
Candidate Requirements
* Genuine desire to care for others
* Experience working in an elderly care home
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (training provided if not held)
Compensation and Benefits
* Pay: From £12.71/hour
