Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a cyber security professional looking to develop their expertise in cyber assurance, risk management and secure system design while working alongside technical specialists, project teams and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting the assessment, validation and reporting of cyber security risks and threats across Air digital capabilities.
2. Coordinating cyber assurance activities and tracking progress through established governance processes using Jira.
3. Conducting initial assessments of assurance requests and supporting project teams in the completion of security documentation, including Concept of Operations (ConOps), Security Operating Procedures (SyOPs) and Cyber Security Assurance Questionnaires (CSAQs).
4. Supporting the design and implementation of secure IT solutions that align with business requirements and corporate security standards.
5. Ensuring assurance documentation is complete, accurate and maintained throughout the approval lifecycle.
6. Coordinating stakeholder reviews and approvals at key stages of the cyber assurance process.
7. Supporting cyber security reviews of projects throughout feasibility, concept, design and implementation phases.
8. Assisting in the development and maintenance of cyber assurance processes, reporting metrics and service KPIs.
The successful candidate will have:
9. Experience working in Cyber Security, Information Security, Risk, Governance or Assurance.
10. Experience assessing cyber security risks and supporting security assurance activities.
11. Experience engaging with technical and business stakeholders to deliver security outcomes.
12. Understanding of cyber security principles, threats and industry best practices.
Desirable:
13. Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or NCSC guidance.
14. Experience using Jira, ServiceNow or similar workflow tools.
