We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Worker to join our dedicated team and play a key role in supporting our learners' education, care, and personal development. Your Role Will Include: * Supporting students with personal care, mobility, feeding, and medical needs under guidance and training. * Assisting the teacher in delivering highly differentiated and sensory-based learning activities. * Promoting communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing in every interaction. * Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. * Helping to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that enables every child to feel valued and included.
