The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends to provide strategic advice and insights to clients.
* Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
