About the Role
Sizewell C (SZC) is vital to the UK’s future energy strategy as the second of the next generation of nuclear power stations. The role provides leadership to project controls across the Civil Works Agreement (CWA) to ensure effective delivery of the Civils Programme, including programme, productivity, time and cost integration through Earned Value Management.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver the strategy for project controls, including programme, productivity, and integrated time and cost controls (Earned Value Management).
* Ensure control aligns with all safety, quality, time, and cost parameters to meet project needs.
* Support the CWA’s PMO Leadership Team and collaborate across the business to align roles, skills, and behaviours with objectives and requirements.
* Liaise in a matrix structure with Section teams to implement and manage project controls systems and processes.

Qualifications & Experience
* 8–10 years’ experience in project controls on complex and mega‑infrastructure projects for leading tier‑1 contractors.
* Relevant professional designation: APM PMQ, APMG Project Planning and Control Practitioner or equivalent.
* Relevant undergraduate degree.
* Hands‑on experience with contract, cost and EVM systems (e.g., PRISM, Unifier, InEigh).
