Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage social media content calendars for Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Create engaging and on-brand social media posts tailored for Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Set up, manage, and optimise paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
* Set up, monitor, and optimise Paid Search campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
* Provide detailed reports and analysis of campaign performance to improve outcomes and identify new opportunities.
* Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Experience & Skills
We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in digital marketing, with agency experience being a plus. The role requires a strong understanding of platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and Paid Search.
Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous, and the ability to generate high-quality reports and insights based on campaign performance is essential. This position requires someone who can effectively track and analyse results to continuously optimise digital marketing efforts.
Personal Qualities
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, able to manage a variety of tasks and projects efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential, both for collaborating with internal teams and for liaising with external clients.
What's in it for you?
We offer hybrid working, allowing flexibility to work from home after passing probation. The salary ranges from £24,000 to £28,000 per year, based on experience, with the opportunity to earn commission for any work personally won. Our head office is located in North East Wales in Mold, Flintshire – situated on the outskirts of Chester our HQ is easily accessible from the M56 and M53 meaning travel from Manchester, Liverpool, Wirral, Cheshire and North Wales is simple.
We also have our second office, located in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, outside of Stoke-On-Trent. Located just 10 minutes off the M6, in between Manchester and Birmingham – our Stoke-On-Trent office is a great working hub for midland-based talent.
