Operations & Administrative Co-ordinator
Our Operations & Administrative Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational admin function for Foodbridge FSG. The role will focus on customer fulfilment, stock management, and implementing best-in-class solutions to ensure effective finance processes and supply chain solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities
1. Manage a growing team
2. Support office and development kitchen operations in Solihull
3. Oversee stock holdings within cold stores and consolidated stores
4. Manage customer order processes from order to invoice payment
5. Resolve queries efficiently
6. Implement processes for smooth system operations
7. Assist with HR processes
8. Maintain software packages
9. Train team members
10. Assist with financial aspects of the business
Candidate requirements
1. Experience managing a team
2. Strong operational skills
3. Ability to commute to Solihull (hybrid role)
4. Exceptional attention to detail
5. Confident liaising with stakeholders
6. Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with office packages
7. Knowledge of Sage (preferable but not essential)
8. Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
