Job Description Supporting our e-fulfilment operation for a well-known recognised brand. The site will handle the movement of customer-specific products, including beers, wines and spirits, within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reporting to the Stock andSystemsManager, this role willfacilitatein day-to-day processes within the supervision of the department, ensuring that all stock control teamKPI targets are met or exceeded and involved in continuous improvement. Supervising Stock Control department to ensure stock integrity and compliance are being delivered to the highest standard. You will be fully proficient in the understanding of stock control functionsaccuracy, processes and be able to deliver excellent customer service through the supervision of the teamprocedures are met operationally. To deputise for the Stock & Admin Manager in their absence. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Salary: Up to £33,351 per annum Key Duties of a Stock and Systems Supervisor: Toassistthe InventoryStock & Systems Manager in the day to day running of the Stock and Admin department. Resolving stock & system and stock issues. Scheduling and supervising the activities andthe functions of theStock & Admin staff. Ensuring the proper andtimelycompletion of all Stock & Admin activities. To keep andmaintainrecords of the Stock and Admin staff performance and personal files. To feedback on team and individual performance, including behavioural issues, highlightinggood performance. To offer suggestions andassistin the organisation of training and development for the stock teamStock and Admin staff, including on-the-job coaching. Toassistthe InventoryStock & Admin Manager in controlling levels of planned and unplanned absence and takeappropriate actionto ensure coverandcontribute to reductions of unacceptable levels. To take part inmaintaininghigh Health & Safety levels. To deputise for the Inventory Manager whenrequired. To work as a Stock Controls deputy in emergency situations. To process stock reconciliation, resolve stock discrepancies, customerrequestsand stock amendments ina timelyandaccuratemanner, whilst adhering to operational processes and procedures. To supervise and contribute to track & trace requests, productrecalland quality assurance. Monitoring and scheduling daily, weekly & monthly stock countchecks. Full reconciliation & adjustment of all stock counts To stay in communication with other Managers/Supervisors and Operational Team ensuring smooth flow of operations. To be involved inmaintainingsystems configuration. Visitors & stock auditsassistance. To travel and take part in monthly meetings with customers To take part in business projects and developments Feedback to the operations team on non-conformance of processes and look at ways to improve operational processes. Qualifications Previousexperience in a supervisory role and good knowledge of stock control isrequired. Must have experience of working within a warehouse environment and adhere to tight deadlines. High level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. An organised and focused approach to all administrative duties. PC Literate on intermediate level (Word,Exceland Outlook).
