As HR Advisor based at out Milton Keynes plant, you will service our south based plants delivering proactive, consistent, and high-quality HR support You will act as a trusted partner to local managers and employees, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with the companys strategic goals. Key Responsibilities (not limited to) Provide expert, hands-on HR advice and support all managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations. Partner with managers to deliver effective people management strategies aligned with UK and Corporate HR objectives. Provide timely, consistent and expert advice to managers on a variety of Employee Relations issues, including absence management, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters and other case work and providing end to end support in line with company policies and procedures. Build strong relationships with Operations Managers and all site management teams. Provide HR data analytics and reporting to support decision making. Travel between sites to provide hands-on, in person support. Collaborate with the wider central HR team (e.g, recruitment, Learning and Training and Payroll) To perform any other duties which are consistent with the main purpose of the job Experience / Education Proven experience at Advisor HR Level CIPD Level 5 preferred Experience gained within an FMCG/Manufacturing environment desirable Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all departments.
