Our 2,400 colleagues manage the 13,000km of overhead lines, 44,000km of underground cables and thousands of electricity substations to keep power flowing and supporting green growth. What You’ll Be Doing
 * Learning how to operate safely and effectively on our network
 * Supporting the planning and delivery of engineering activities
 * Meeting design, safety, time and commercial requirements
 * Working alongside experienced engineers and mentors

What We’re Looking For
 * GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 4‑9 / A*‑C)
Plus One Of The Following
 * Three A Levels (A*‑C), including one STEM subject
 * BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Merit or Distinction)
 * ONC in Electrical Engineering or similar (Merit or Distinction)
We’re Also Looking For
 * Strong teamwork and communication skills
 * A passion for engineering and infrastructure
 * A desire to learn, grow and build a rewarding career
