What You’ll Be Doing
As an SEN Support Leader, you will:
* Work on a 3:1 ratio, providing focused care and guidance to children with additional needs
* Create an SEN passport with parents or carers at the start of each day, ensuring individual needs are understood.
* Adapt and tailor activities to support the engagement and development of SEN children.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of both the SEN child and those around them.
* Deliver engaging content in a way that suits each child’s unique learning style.
* Support children with transitions between activities to maintain a positive experience.
* Communicate with parents/carers and the wider team to ensure consistency in support.
* Supervise outdoor activities, ensuring inclusion and participation.
