The Role:
Equitas is seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Student Services Administration Officer on behalf of our client to provide a welcoming environment for the school community and support the effective delivery of Student Services.
Based at the Reception area, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. You will handle queries efficiently, both face-to-face and via telephone, and ensure visitors are greeted warmly.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Providing administrative support for student-facing duties such as attendance monitoring and maintenance of student records.

Working as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Student Services.

Working Pattern: Term time plus 1 week (i.e 39 weeks)

Contract type: Part-time 5 days per week 25.75 hours per week

Thursday, Friday: 8.15am – 2.30pm
