PRIVATE CLIENT PARALEGAL/LEGAL ASSISTANT:
You will be joining this expanding private client department supporting fee earners handling estate administration, will drafting, tax planning, creation and management of trusts and preparation of lasting powers of attorney. You must have good drafting skills across a wide range of legal documents, placing particular importance on accuracy and attention to detail, good listening and problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken form and ability to communicate technical and complex subjects. Passion for client care and service, motivated and organised. Be able to deal with work proactively and to work on own initiative, plus problem solving abilities. Team working skills are essential. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
