About the Role
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to work in secondary schools. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Chemistry lessons and inspire students to develop their scientific understanding and curiosity.
This role is suitable for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Prepare and supervise practical experiments safely
* Monitor and assess student progress
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support student achievement and development
* Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Degree in Chemistry or a related subject
* Experience teaching Chemistry in secondary schools (preferred)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
